Month of Mitzvah is an event planning service created for clients who have done and majority of the planning themselves but want a pro to come in and finalize all the details ensuring that they get to relax and be a guest at their party.

How does this work?

Step 1: Connect with us and give us your date.

Step 2: Contract

Step 3: Lead event planner will be assigned 90 days prior to your event

What's included:

 

  • Initial consultation at least 6-4 weeks to prior event to offer any last-minute advice or answer questions (telephone)

  • Venue site visit (6-4 weeks prior to event)

  • Week of event client in person meeting to review final details (up to 2 hours)

  • Transport small items to venue (pre-assigned list, as per event needs)

  • Receive deliveries and check-in vendors at venue day of event - ensure set up is executed correctly

  • Set up seating cards, guest favors - meet with caterer to review any special details, event timeline etc.

  • Serve as liaison for you with all vendors for final confirmations week of event and the duration of the event

  • Assist in creating timeline

  • Direct event flow according to the established timeline at the event

  • Communicate any changes to timeline to all vendors and catering during the event

  • Responsible to keep gifts secure and move to assigned location

  • Distribute payments and gratuities to vendors on your behalf

  • Prepare and pack all take home items at the end of the event

  • Includes a Lead Planner and assistant on site through out the duration of your event
